Company Overview
Fortis Solutions LLC. is a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that has been afforded special status based on federally established guidelines. Fortis was founded in July 2015, and actively works with the federal government to lease equipment to both the Veteran’s Health Administration (VHA) and the Veteran’s Business Administration (VBA).
Because we have key partnerships with our OEMs, we can offer the best equipment at the best prices. We also have a lending partner that assists us in the leasing of equipment at fair rates, which makes for a seamless and transparent process, from bidding to billing.
Fortis is small company with little overhead, which enables us to competitively bid and save our client’s money, both in the short-term and long-term. We pride ourselves in offering the best quality at the lowest cost, and couple this with unsurpassed customer service.
Core Competencies and Achievements
Once we received our SDVOSB certification from the VA, with the assistance of our copier partner – Kyocera – we began bidding on contracts, and subsequently won copier and service deals with the VHA and VBA. To date, we have won Thirteen contracts.:

And if we do not have a partner to fit a particular need, we are well-versed in identifying the perfect vendor with the capabilities to do so.
Management Profiles
Fortis Solutions LLC was founded by two individuals who have a combined total of over 40 years management experience.
Troy Price is the President and CEO, and a Marine Corps veteran. His background includes:

- Security, ranging from personal protection to fixed operations
Mr. Price instils the values of Honor, Courage, Commitment, and attention-to-detail to all bids and contracts. This ensures that each job gets done on-time – and on budget.
John Carney is the COO and began his career working on Capitol Hill as a lobbyist for the automotive industry, where he helped shape policy and regulations. He later switched over to the private sector, where he ran a team of mortgage writers and ran the day-to-day operations of a very profitable operation. Later he went on to develop a field sales organization that helped expand the Nation’s Largest relocation program. Mr. Carney’s leadership and management skills ensures Fortis runs like a well-oiled machine and stays in compliance.
Together, Mr. Price and Mr. Carney form a well-balanced team that focuses on delivering high quality products and services to government and private sector clients alike.
